Everyone entering park has to read and fully understand all aspects of the park liability waiver ( if you dont understand an attendent will gladly read it for you , and explain it ) then if you agree to it you will sign it . Proof of idenity is required. No exceptions!
Persons under the age of 19 in the state of alabama are considered minors by law , so they will have to have a parent or guardian sign the waiver for them. Proof of Idenity is required for both the minor and the parent or guardian. No exceptions ! I brought my neighbors kids or this is my nephew, and I will sign for them will not work .
The waiver is valid for a period of one year and will be kept on file so you only have to prove identification when entering park another day. You will have a permanent number with the park files.
Understand at this point forward you are responsible for any damage or injury you might cause to others or recieve from others , the park is not responsible. You are enjoying our park activities at your own risks.
You will recieve a wristband after admission is paid and liability forms are complete. Keep it on until you depart from the park , you cannot return inside park without it if you leave and come back. It has to be visible at all times while inside the park, we have to scan the crowds for tresspassers and the only way to know you entered legally is to see your wristband.
Passengers are not allowed on atvs not designed for two riders. Helments and proper safety gear are required at all times while vehicle is in motion. We will have security riders watching for anyone breaking the rules, and you will be warned of risk of being dismissed from park riding area.

No chainsaws used to gather firewood !!!
NO DRUGS ON ANY PART OF OUR PROPERTY !!! If found in use or in possesion you will never be able to enter park again.
Loud public profanity will not be tollerated, especially in the presence of children.
Alcohol is Byob and not to be used while riding.
Anyone staff feels is not capable of riding safely or endangering others, because of the influence of alcohol, will be stopped immediatley and taken off riding areas. If any resistance is offered law officers will be called in to take over.
The whole park is fenced do not cross over or destroy fences that are not openend for trails. We are fortunate to have neighbors that dont complain about noise so dont tresspass onto others property. Maps will be available so you know where you are located in case of an emergency.
Keep noise down in campground areas . Especially after midnight.
Do not jump into the cool pool with mud on clothes or yourself , this is not a bathtub, mud will destroy the beautiful color and purity of the spring water. Wash off with a hose first. Wear normal swimming attire not muddy pants.
No fireworks used anywhere on the property other than an organized display in conjunction with park personell.
Speed limit signs are posted in pavillion area, campgrounds, and on main roadways. Warnings will be given and your ID requested for future reference concerning violations , habitual speeders will escourted out of the park for 30 days .
No glass Container allowed! Plastic bottles or aluminum cans only.
Other rules will be posted all over the park. Please read and abide to them , they are for your safety.
RIDE SAFE !!! USE CAUTION !!! CONSIDER OTHERS !!! Too many accidents could cause us to have to close the park forever. Please help to preserve this place for all of us and even our future kids to enjoy.
